Shipping policy

For subscriptions, you must return the cooler using the provided label before your next order can be shipped.

Shares can be shipped in sustainable cardboard and insulation or if you choose to have delivery in a Cordova Cooler, a deposit for the shipping cooler(s) will be charged at the time of final payment, which will be refunded upon return of cooler to vendor. A pre-paid shipping label and zip-ties will be provided for return of the cooler(s).
