Our Story

 

Beef Rebel is all about family. Ours and yours. As producers of American Wagyu, Angus, and Angus/Hereford cross cattle, we are striving to bring you, the American consumer, into our family. While it is not possible for all of us to live on a ranch and raise all of our own food, we want to continue the ranching legacy that we come from. All of our lives we have known ranching and farming, here in Idaho, and while most of the crew now work off farm jobs to support themselves and their families, we are still working hard to keep the ranches in the family and keep premium beef available for others. 

At Beef Rebel our mission statement is “Quality people, being stewards of the land, raising premium beef products, while educating consumers about beef production, agricultural practices, and their food supply.”

When you purchase from Beef Rebel we want you to be satisfied that you are supporting a ranching family that wants to keep raising beef and taking care of the land our predecessors worked their entire lives.
